  • What is your experience in roofing projects?

Between our contractors, roofers, and managers, we bring over 40 years of combined experience.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! Here at Exterior Plus, we're roofing and siding contractors licensed in KS, MO, IA, NE, and AZ.

  • Can you provide references from previous clients?

Yes. As roofing, gutter, and siding contractors with years of experience, we have a plethora of happy clients that we could connect you with.

  • What roofing materials do you recommend for my specific needs?

To determine a client's specific needs, we send our roofing experts to do an onsite inspection. Then, our "In-House" desk adjusters prepare a customized report. Our roofing specialist then meets with our client to go over our analysis and recommendations. When you're working with experienced contractors, roofers, or any other construction professionals, this is the standard inspection process.

  • How do you handle unexpected issues or changes during the project?

Our contractors, roofers, and managers work together to stay adaptable. Our on-site production managers are able to address all unexpected issues and needed changes by being present at the job site and assisting our crews.

  • What is the warranty on your roofing work, and what does it cover?

As one of the most trusted roofing and gutter companies in the area, we stand behind our work. We have a five-year warranty on our workmanship for all trades.

  • Can you provide a detailed written estimate, including all costs?

Yes! When working with any gutter companies or any other exterior contractors, you should always receive a written estimate.

We'll also give you information regarding future costs, when things need to be replaced, and other aspects of your project. For example, according to Bob Vila, a trusted home advice source, steel or aluminum gutters will last between 20 to 50 years. That's an investment that might be worthwhile! We'll work with you to weigh your options before finalizing the project.

  • How do you ensure safety on the job site?

We provide our clients peace of mind by making sure our production managers are onsite at all jobs. As roofing and siding contractors, this helps in communication with our clients. This also brings support to our crews by ensuring that safety measures are followed and any unseen needs are addressed.

  • What steps do you take to clean up the site after completing the roofing work?

After a job, our exterior and siding contractors clean up all debris and remove all materials on-site with our mobile dump trailers.
